Information on Employment, Address, and Personal Information

Within 10 days of any change

In IP Connect or via email

the SEVP Student Portal functions best as a view-only platform at this time; do not submit changes directly to SEVP

If your SEVIS record remains un-updated you may be considered unemployed which could result in the termination of your employment authorization

Traveling Outside the US while on OPT?

If you plan to return, you can request a travel signature if you plan to visit our office in person or a new I-20 if you need one mailed to you. Remember that travel signatures should be updated every 6 months for travel on OPT, and that you should carry these important documents with you.

If you will depart the US and discontinue your OPT, let us know by filling out a departure form.
