Caroline Emery has worked for OIS and Sponsored Student Programs at Oregon State University since 2014. In her role as a Sponsored Student Advisor, she works with international sponsored students and sponsoring agencies to help students meet sponsorship requirements while attending OSU. Prior to joining OSU, Caroline has worked as the Grants Administrator for the Luce Scholars Program at The Asia Foundation in San Francisco, and for the Institute of International Education in San Francisco, assisting with the Fulbright Program. Caroline has an MA in International Relations from San Francisco State University and a BA in Performing Arts from Saint Mary’s College. Originally from Brazil, Caroline has two young daughters and enjoys exploring Oregon’s beautiful surroundings with her family. She is also a retired professional ballet dancer and still teaches ballet classes when the time allows.
